Machining Technologies manufactures tungsten carbide tiles for the Centrifuge Industry.

Tungsten Carbide provides strength and is up to 50 times more wear resistant than flame applied hard facing material. We also manufacture Stainless Steel backing pads for the tiles and we offer Induction Brazing the tiles to the pads. We can provide finished parts working from your print or sample.
